While we work with businesses all over Colorado, the majority of our clients are in Crested Butte, CO. Recently a “bot”, or disgruntled human of sorts, left over 50 reviews, all with 1-3 kind words, and 1 star. Regardless of his intent, or the bot’s intent, it’s important to pay attention to your Google My Business Account— the good and the bad.
So, to help out all the business owners who are now left with a review that is a mix of good and bad, here is a short video on how you can flag the comment. While you are in your account be sure to take the time to respond positively to as many reviews as you can. It lets Google (aka the algorithm) know that you care about your business!
